Some bloggers who are obviously insane have started a gnome-twink-pvp project. Read more about it here, here, and here.
Gnomes are awesome! However, I just flat-out don’t have time to be doing such tomfoolery, as much as I’d like to. So, in honor of the project, I have changed my main’s hair to match the gnome army.
OK, then, I confess, I changed it right back because OMG is that hairstyle UGLEH. I know, I know, I’m in the minority on this opinion but… UGLEH.
But I digress. If you want to hang out with bloggers and PvP, or just engage in unabashed silliness, go forth and make yerself a gnome. Instructions on how to participate are here.

Well also… gnome heads are big enough anyway to already look like bobble heads. The prickly bobble head look isn’t becoming.
Oh come on, that hair cut isn’t THAT bad. It’s not the cutest or best one available to gnomes, but it’s far from the worst!
I actually have that haircut on my lil’ gnome warlock. Seems to fit her dark and broody lifestyle!
It’s a horrible haircut. I’ll use it for PvP to be part of the clone army… but before and after I won’t be caught dead in it. (I tried, really, but I only lasted 5 minutes before I wanted to get her head shaved.)
Mine has different hair, too >_> She can have pinecone bark hair for pvp if I absolutely must. Leia Buns Forever.
I usually wear the leia buns too. Many of the other hairdos are bed-head-shaggy or clip with shoulders/staff.
This is seriously fun… give in and join us! =)
If you can convince Twig that she totally needs to go to bed and cease harassing mommy until 11pm (!) I would have time…
Not going to lie, the general consensus EU-side was also that the haircut was terrible. I didn’t mind it, myself, although it can get a bit annoying.
Still, you should totally be joining in!

The haircut grows on you. My little Lilli started out with pigtails because I missed that part of the dress code, and now that I’m on Day Three of my gnome indoctrination I’m totally used to it. She looks like one of the crowd.

You can’t start out with the pineapple cut anyway. It’s barber shop only.
I have a low lvl Frost mage in white. Its goes with her personality of freezing feet of the mobs.
